Trainings & Workshops

Practical learning for people who work with people.

Trainings build skills that people use in their own roles. Workshops bring a group that works together into one room to work on how they work together.

How every session works

We start with your group.

A short intake and conversation tell us who will attend and what they face, so the examples come from their real work.

Most of the time is practice.

People work through situations they recognize in small groups. When it helps people speak openly, supervisors and their staff are in separate groups.

Leaders hear what we learned.

After the session, the organization receives a written learning brief with what people raised and what to try next.

Ask about a session

Tell us who the group is and what you hope will be different afterward. A few sentences are enough.

Our team will reply by email to talk through fit, timing, and cost. Each session is a flat fee that we confirm once we know the group. We can also design a custom session.
