Identify the conditions producing persistent patterns so the organization can respond at the right level.

About This Consultation

A partnership engagement for organizations that sense something is off but cannot name the pattern. Staff may be burning out, turning over, or disengaging, and the explanations that surface (individual performance, personality conflict, poor fit) do not fully account for what is happening. This engagement helps leadership see the structural conditions producing the pattern so they can respond at the right level.

This typically includes:

  • Confidential interviews with staff across roles and levels to understand how conditions are experienced throughout the organization
  • Assessment of workload distribution, role clarity, communication patterns, and supervision practices
  • Analysis of where strain is concentrating and which layer of conditions (environmental, foundational, or relational) is under the most pressure
  • A clear report with findings and specific recommendations for where to reinforce
  • A debrief session with leadership to discuss findings and plan next steps

Designed for: Organizations experiencing persistent patterns they have not been able to resolve through individual interventions. Particularly useful when turnover, burnout, or disengagement keeps recurring despite changes in personnel or programming.
