How to Repair in Real Time
Learn a four-part practice for staying present and relational when harm or disconnection happens.
About This Training
Repair does not have to wait for a formal process or a scheduled meeting. This training teaches the Four Moves of Repair: Pause and Notice, Name Gently, Listen Deeply, and Move Toward Repair. These are practices for staying present and relational in the moment, whether the rupture is small (a misunderstanding in a meeting) or significant (a pattern that has been building for months). Drawing from contemplative practice, restorative practice, and nonviolent communication, participants will practice each move in real scenarios.
