About This Workshop

A working session where the team designs a system for receiving, tracking, and responding to feedback from the communities the organization serves. Most organizations lack a structured way to hear from the people most affected by their work. This workshop produces a feedback system that is accessible, trustworthy, and connected to organizational decision-making.

We Will Work On

  • Assessing how community feedback currently reaches (or does not reach) the organization
  • Identifying barriers to community members sharing honest feedback
  • Designing accessible feedback channels that meet community members where they are
  • Building a tracking and response system so feedback does not disappear
  • Connecting feedback to organizational decision-making so community voice has impact

This Workshop Results In:

  • A written community feedback system with clear channels, tracking processes, and response protocols.

Designed for: Leadership teams and community-facing staff. Works best with 4 to 10 participants who represent both organizational leadership and direct community relationships.
