Build a Communication Map That Reduces Overload and Gaps
Audit current communication patterns, identify where information gets stuck, and design sustainable rhythms.
About This Workshop
A working session where the team maps how information actually moves through the organization and designs a communication plan that reduces overload and closes gaps. Most communication problems are structural: the organization has not yet intentionally designed how information flows, so it moves by habit, personality, and crisis. This workshop produces a communication map the team designs together.
We Will Work On
- Mapping how information currently moves through the organization: who sends what, to whom, how often, and through what channels
- Identifying where information gets stuck, duplicated, or lost
- Naming what each team and role actually needs to know and when they need to know it
- Designing a communication rhythm that matches the organization's actual needs
- Assigning ownership for maintaining the communication plan
This Workshop Results In:
-
A written communication map and rhythm plan your team designed together.
Designed for: Intact teams or cross-functional groups. Works best with 5 to 15 participants who represent different parts of the organization's communication flow.
