Team Building for Virtual Teams
Give your remote or hybrid team dedicated time to build trust, strengthen connection, and work better together across distance.
About This Workshop
Virtual teams are not simply in-person teams with cameras turned on. Remote and hybrid work create different conditions, including less informal information-sharing, more asynchronous communication, and workloads that can be difficult for others to see.
This workshop treats disconnection as a structural reality, not a personal failing. Your team will identify what is already working, examine what may be creating friction, and develop practical ways to strengthen trust, connection, and collaboration.
We Will Work On
- Identifying what the team already does well and where connection feels strongest or most strained
- Understanding the structural realities of virtual work that can create friction
- Assessing team cohesion across trust, clarity, safety, and coordination
- Recognizing four common patterns of disconnection in virtual, mission-driven teams
- Practicing concrete, low-cost tools the team can begin using within two weeks
This Workshop Results In
- A shared set of team commitments, including one concrete practice the team chooses to pilot within the next 30 days.
- A resource packet to support continued practice.
Designed for: Intact remote and hybrid teams that want dedicated time to strengthen trust, connection, and collaboration.
