Build a Structured Feedback System for Your Organization
Design a feedback system with clear pathways, regular rhythms, and shared language the whole organization can use.
A working session where the leadership team designs a structured feedback system for the entire organization. This goes beyond individual feedback skills and focuses on the infrastructure: who gives feedback to whom, how often, through what channels, and with what follow-through. The goal is a system where feedback is expected, safe, and useful.
We Will Work On
- Auditing how feedback currently flows (or does not flow) across the organization
- Identifying the barriers that prevent honest feedback from moving through the system
- Designing feedback pathways: upward, downward, lateral, and external
- Establishing feedback rhythms: scheduled touchpoints that normalize the practice
- Building shared language and norms so feedback is consistent across the organization
This Workshop Results In:
-
A written feedback system with clear pathways, scheduled rhythms, shared language, and a rollout plan.
Designed for: Leadership teams and senior managers. Works best with 4 to 10 participants who have authority to implement organizational systems.
