About This Workshop

A working session for organizations that share or plan to share resources with partner organizations. Resource-sharing partnerships (shared staff, shared space, shared equipment, shared funding, shared programming) require clear agreements or they produce confusion, resentment, and inefficiency. This workshop produces a written agreement that both organizations helped design.

We Will Work On

• Clarifying what resources are being shared and what each organization contributes and receives
• Identifying where expectations are misaligned or unspoken
• Designing clear terms for resource use, decision-making, communication, and accountability
• Addressing power dynamics in the partnership, particularly if one organization holds more resources
• Building in review points to assess how the agreement is working over time
