A working session where the team designs a shared agreement for how conflict will be handled in the organization. Most teams have no shared understanding of what to do when tension surfaces, so people default to avoidance, escalation, or silence. This workshop produces a written protocol the team builds together so that when things get hard, there is already a path.

We Will Work On

• Mapping how conflict currently moves through the team: who carries it, where it stalls, what happens when no one addresses it
• Identifying the specific kinds of tension the team encounters most often
• Drafting a step-by-step protocol for surfacing, addressing, and repairing conflict
• Pressure-testing the protocol against real scenarios from the organization
• Assigning ownership for how the protocol gets introduced and maintained
