About This Workshop

A working session where the leadership team maps the organization's full year (busy seasons, deadlines, renewal cycles, board meetings, grant timelines) and designs an annual calendar that accounts for human capacity alongside operational demands. Most organizations plan around deliverables without planning around the people who deliver them. This workshop produces an annual calendar that balances both.

We Will Work On

  • Mapping every major demand on the organization across a twelve-month cycle
  • Identifying where demands stack and where capacity thins
  • Assessing which commitments can be moved, spread out, or eliminated
  • Designing an annual rhythm that protects time for planning, reflection, and recovery
  • Building check-in points to adjust the calendar as conditions change
